Common questions
- How do I add someone to my household? Open the household, create an invite, and send them the code or link. They enter the code in the app and they are in. Codes expire, so generate a fresh one if it stops working.
- Why isn't my partner seeing my changes? Check that you are both in the same household, and that the device that made the change has been online since it did. Kinlist works offline and syncs when the connection returns.
- How do I leave a household? Settings, then the household, then Leave. If you are the only owner, you will be asked to hand ownership to another member first so the household is never left ownerless.
- How do I delete my account? Settings, then Delete Account. See the deletion page for exactly what is removed.
- Does Kinlist cost anything? No. It is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
